This year has been one for the history books! I am both excited and sad to see it go, but I am looking forward to a new year and a fresh start.

My Happiness Project

To Health

My goal is to get it together by April 2012! I am so proud of my accomplishments so far and being able to maintain them. I am so ready to finish this once and for all!

I will accomplish this goal by taking the next year focusing on my happiness. I will kick up my workouts, banish the excuses and count on the support from the best cheerleaders I know - my great friends and loving family! I have a new motivation and have no choice BUT to get this done!
